Terry L. Boyd, 66, of Fairfield, died at 4:55pm on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, IL.

Terry was born on July 18, 1956, in Kankakee, IL, to Cecil and Linda (Esepp) Boyd.

Survivors include two daughters Leah (Denzel Thomas) Boyd of Kankakee, IL, and Sarah Joslin of Jacksonville, FL, a son Donald Boyd of Frederick, Maryland, eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Rodney Boyd.

Per the family’s request, Terry will be cremated with no formal services or burial at this time. The Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield, IL, is in charge of the cremation.
