Teresa (Scarbrough) Medler

Teresa Medler, 58 of Fairfield, passed away at 9:45 PM, Friday, April 7, 2023, at her home.  Born on February 9, 1965, in Fairfield to Jerry and Judy (Crumbacher) Scarbrough, she married Tim Medler on November 11, 1995, and worked at Apeiron Care Fairfield. 

Teresa is survived by her husband Tim Medler of Fairfield, mother Judy Scarbrough of Fairfield, sisters Darlene (Rich) Winter of Fairfield, Melissa (Clyde) Smith of Wayne City, and Valerie Scarbrough of Fairfield, brother Richard (Pat) Scarbrough of Fairfield, mother in law Ruth Medler of Fairfield, sister in law Dneise (Jed) Trotter of Fairfield, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.   She was preceded in death by her father Jerry Scarbrough, paternal grandparents John and Beulah Scarbrough, and maternal grandparents Albert and Agnes Crumbacher. 

Teresa will be cremated and a graveside service to bury her ashes at Maple Hill Cemetery will be held at a later date.  Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home is handling cremation.
