Teresa Ann Keyser

Teresa Ann Keyser passed away Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024, surrounded by her family after a hard-fought battle with liver cancer.  Teresa was born February 16, 1957, in Wayne County.  She married Sam Keyser December 18, 1976. 

Teresa’s immediate survivors include her husband Sam, daughter Heidi (Jamey) Hodges, son Ryan (Michelle) Keyser, and 4 grandchildren- Hayden and Hilary Hodges, and Harv and Ryn Keyser.  She also leaves behind her mother, mother-in-law, brothers, brothers in law, sisters in law, several nieces and nephews and many friends who knew her best as Nana.

Teresa will be cremated, and visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 28th from 4-7 PM at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield.   A funeral service will be held at 10 AM, Wednesday, May 29th at the funeral home followed immediately by a lunch and celebration of life at the home of Ryan and Michelle Keyser.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, from 4-7 PM at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers the family asks you donate to Cancer Care Specialists of IL for their Fairfield Clinic.  Donations will be accepted at the funeral home.
