Sandra McDannel Obituary

Sandra A. McDannel, 71, of Fairfield, passed away at 4:52pm on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at her home. She had been a housekeeper.

Sandra was born on January 22, 1954, in Fairfield, IL, to John and Goldie (Lee) McClellan.

Survivors include her children John (Misti) McDannel and Jeremy McDannel both of Fairfield, and Jennifer (Ben) Gill of Norris City, IL, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and her sister Kay Weber of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and one granddaughter.

The body of Sandra McDannel is being cremated with no formal services or burial at this time. The Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home is assisting with the cremation arrangements.
