Rita Marie (Krumpoch) Windle

Rita M. Windle, 75, of Fairfield, died at 7:45am on Friday, December 23, 2022 at Heart to Heart Inpatient Care Center in Evansville, IN. She had worked at People’s National Bank as a commercial support person. 

Rita was born on September 30, 1947, in Joliet, IL, to Felix and Gertrude (Padden) Krumpoch. She met the love of her life, Earl Hutcheson, Sr, and they made their home and blended their families together for 27 years. 

Survivors include the love of her life Earl Hutcheson, Sr of Fairfield, two sons Bob (Lavonne) Wilder of Coal City, IL, and Ken (Suanne) Revels of Fairfield, a granddaughter Amber Wilder, a sister Barbara Klein of Woodstock, IL, her blended family Earl, Jr (Gayla) Hutcheson and Quinton (Kathy Milner) Hutcheson both of Fairfield, Scott (Shari) Hutcheson of Rockport, IN, Taresa Griffith of Fairfield, along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant twin brother Felix Krumpoch, Jr., and her blended son Brady Hutcheson. 

Funeral services for Rita Windle will be at 1pm on Saturday, December 31st at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield with burial to follow in Buckeye Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11am until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial donations can be made to the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and will be accepted at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home.
