Randy Garrison Obituary

Randy Garrison, age 70, of Chaffee, MO, passed away on May 20, 2025. Born on April 13, 1955, Randy’s life was defined by his unwavering faith, hard work, generous spirit, and the deep love he held for his family and friends.

He lived his life as a reflection of his faith- steadfast, compassionate, and full of purpose. He spent many years as a skilled crane operator and carpenter—professions that reflected his strength, craftsmanship, and dedication. He loved solving puzzles, taking long rides on his motorcycle, telling his famously quirky jokes and communicating with movie quotes, and cheering on his beloved St. Louis Cardinals. Above all, he cherished spending time with his kids and grandkids, always finding joy in the moments shared with them.

Randy was always willing to give his time, his wisdom, and his heart to those who needed it most.

He is survived by his beloved bride, Genny Garrison; his sons Todd (Pam) Garrison, Tony (Jennifer) Garrison, and Randy (Jessica) Oliphant; and his daughters Krissty (Jamie) Foster and Candy (Jason) Greer. He was a proud and loving grandfather to 18 grandchildren-Mackenzi McIntosh, Madison McIntosh, Luke Garrison, Seth Garrison, Torrence Garrison, Nathaniel Garrison, Matthias Garrison, Annalisa Garrison, Mason Garrison, DJ Foster, Carter Foster, John Foster, Adan Foster, Blanton Greer, Cameron Greer, Drake Oliphant, Dixie Oliphant, and one on the way, all who brought him endless joy and pride all of whom adored their “Papa.” Randy is also survived by a brother- Luther Hutchison and sister- Vicki Gower.
