Randall "Randy" James Willett

Randall J. “Randy” Willett, 60, of Swansea, IL, died at 2:55am on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at his home. He had been a forklift operator for Swan Corporation in Centrailia for several years. He had also served as the Children’s Church pastor at Orchardville Church for 18 years. 

Randy was born on March 7, 1962, in Lincoln, IL, to James and Mildred (Sparks) Willett. On April 29, 1983, Randy married the love of his life, Eva Marie (Bottorff) Willett. 

Survivors include his spouse Marie Willett of Swansea, IL, three sons Aaron (Melinda) Sexton of Fairfield, Justin (Nicole) Willett of Pinellas Park, FL, Michael Willett of Herrin, IL, three daughters Becki (Kenny) Buonaura of Bluford, IL, Mariah (Aimee) Barrows of Belleville, IL, Emily (Gabe) Duran of Swansea, fourteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two brothers Tom Willett and Tim Willett both of Fairfield, four sisters Tammy (Paul) Frazier, Rhonda Willett and Tabitha (Kevin) Borah all of Wayne City, IL, and Rita Robinson of Fairfield, along with several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

Funeral services for Randy Willett will be at 1pm on Saturday, February 11th , at the Orchardville Church in Orchardville, IL with burial to follow in Bailey Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11am until the time of service at the church. Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral or at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.
