Patsy Yvonne (Rister) Musgrave

Patsy Y. Musgrave, 83, of St. Charles, MO, passed away at 3:59am on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at her home. 

She had worked for the automation department of McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, MO. 

Patsy was born on March 30, 1942, in Springerton, IL, to John Stallings and Maxine Rister. On July 13, 1963, she married the love of her life, Ray E. Musgrave. 

Survivors include her husband Ray Musgrave of St. Charles, MO, her sons Stan (Lori) Musgrave of St. Louis, MO, and Anthony Musgrave of O’Fallon, MO, two grandchildren Calyb Musgrave and Michael Musgrave, her brother David (Trish) Rister of Princeton, IN, along with several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents. 

Funeral services for Patsy Musgrave will be at 1pm on Friday, September 5th, at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield, IL, with burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11am until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial donations can be made to Love A Child, a charity that feeds hungry children in Haiti, and will be accepted at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.
