Nannette Scott Obituary

71-year-old Barnhill resident Nannette M. Scott passed away on March 5, 2023 at her home after a long battle with COPD.

Nannette was born April 17, 1951 to Florence (Jensen) and Stuart Hall in Clinton, IA. Nan worked as a seamstress for several years and also owned and operated Embroidery & More. She is survived by her brother, Richard Hall of Cave Creek Arizona. 5 children- Kimberly (Derek) Smothers of Barnhill IL, Brian (Crystal) Luebbers of Albion IL, Susan (Rob) Vaught of Fairfield IL, Daniel (Becky) Scott of Geff IL, and Heidi (Jerry) Johnston of Fairfield IL. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and a special caregiver Laura Smothers of Barnhill IL.

Nan was preceded in death by both parents, husband Gayland Scott, and son Jason Scott

Per her wishes, Nan will be cremated with no funeral services.
