Leonard Neaville

Leonard Neaville, 69, of Fairfield passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends at 6:54PM on Wednesday January 7, 2026. He had worked in the coal mines and at Webb Printing. Leonard was born in Fairfield on November 29, 1956, to James Opal and Joyce (Kunce) Neaville.

Leonard is survived by his son- Jeffrey Neaville of Cisne; grandchildren- Hayden Neaville and Reagan Neaville both of Cisne; brother- Bobby Neaville of Pinckneyville; sisters- Sharon Johnson of Enfield, and Bonnie Wiley of Charleston; nieces and nephews- Steve Johnson, Scott Johnson, Summer Puckett, Emily Jacobs, James Neaville and Dustin Neaville, and special friend Patty Bitner of Fairfield.

Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, brother- Mike Neaville, and nephew- Chris Wiley.

Per Leonard’s wishes, his body will be cremated with a Memorial service held at 11AM on Friday January 16, 2026, at Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home with burial of ashes at Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
