Joyce Ann Yarnell

Joyce Yarnell, 69 of Fairfield passed away at 6:59 PM, Thursday, March 2, 2023, at Deaconess Henderson Hospital in Henderson, KY.  Born on February 8, 1954, in St. Louis, MO to James and Bertie (Martin) Brooks, she had been a CNA at Way-Fair Nursing Home. 

Joyce is survived by her husband Roger Cook of Fairfield, 3 brothers- Eddie (Joyce) Brooks of Springerton, Kenny (Gay) Brooks of Fairfield, and Danny (Sherlyn) Brooks of Fairfield, 2 sisters- Wanda Atteberry of Wayne City and Tonya (Trinity) Fry of Fairfield, and several nieces and nephews. 

Graveside services for Joyce Yarnell will be held at 2 PM, Monday, March 6th at Maple Hill Cemetery.  There will be no visitation, and everyone is asked to go directly to the cemetery.  Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield is handing arrangements.
