Joy Ann Crocker

Joy Ann Crocker, 84, of Fairfield passed away at 2:00AM on Wednesday December 11, 2024, at Oakview Nursing and Rehab in Mt Carmel. Joy was born in Mt Vernon Il on March 14, 1940, to Robert and Aline (Wood) Stevens. She married Emery Scheriger on December 1, 2015. She had been a church secretary.

Joy is survived by her husband- Emery Scheriger of Fairfield; daughter- Pam Pilcher of Fairfield; son- Marty (Amber Colclasure) of Fairfield; grandson- Michael Brant Parsley of Bloomington Il; great grandchild- Lexa Parsley; sister- Joan Bilyeu of Petersburgh Il.

Joy was preceded in death by her parents, first husband- Gene Pilcher, and second husband- Chuck Crocker.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM on Tuesday December 17, 2024, at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 12PM until the time of service at the funeral home.
