Heather Ann (Harl) Moore

Heather Ann Moore, 50 of Fairfield, IL, passed away at 6:55 AM, Sunday, February 1, 2026.  Born on November 11, 1975, in Fairfield, to Charles and Edith (Bradshaw) Harl, she had been an activity aid at Fairfield Senior Living where she was a fierce advocate for the residents she worked with.  Heather loved her grandkids and will be missed by many.  She was also a member of Kings Chapel Church and had previously been a volunteer Firefighter for the Mt. Vernon Rural Fire Department. 

Heather is survived by her daughter Sumer (Kaleb) Borah of Wayne City, IL; son Marshall (Allison) White of Fairfield, IL; 3 grandchildren- Bentley Riggs, Elena Borah, and Adeline Borah; parents Charles and Edith Harl of Fairfield; sister Cheri Rodgers of Fairfield; and 2 brothers- Brad (Dianne) Harl of Albion and Clint (Cheryl) Harl of Fairfield. 

Funeral services for Heather Moore will be held at 1 PM, Thursday, February 5th, with burial to follow in Koontz Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 11 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.  Memorials in her honor may be made to Kings Chapel Church for their ladies ministry and will be accepted at the funeral home.
