Elaine (Talbert) McKitrick

Elaine McKitrick 74 of Johnsonville, IL passed away at 10:50 AM, Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, IN.  Born on November 24, 1950, in Johnsonville to Eldon and Lovella (Tibbs) Talbert, she had been a bus driver for North Wayne School District and worked at Hella Electronics in Flora, IL. 

Elaine is survived by her son Lonnie McKitrick of Geff, 4 grandchildren- Trevor, Ema, Lacee, and Makena McKitrick, sisters in law Cynthia Talbert of Cisne, Sharon Wodicker of Fairfield, Cindy McKitrick of Fairfield, and Joyce McKitrick of Fairfield, brother-in-law Claude Mark of Fairfield, and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenneth McKitrick, daughter in law Jessica McKitrick, and brothers- Lowell, Melvin, and Jerry Talbert. 

Funeral services for Elaine McKitrick will be held at 10 AM, Thursday, January 9th at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Pin Oak Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
