Christopher Steven Gish

Christopher Steven Gish, 59, of Fairfield, died at 2:15pm on Friday, April 5, 2024, at his home. 

Steve was born on March 19, 1965, in Henderson, KY, to Cecil and Ann (Walker) Gish. 

Steve had been a painter. He was also a very talented artist who loved to draw and paint. 

Survivors include his mother Ann Gish of Helena, AL, three sisters Cecilia (Mark) Blanford of Poole, KY, Angelia Gish of Fairfield, and Rachel (Jamie) Busby of Hoover, AL, a nephew Christopher Scott, three nieces Brittney Scott, Allie Jo Ewing, and Alyssa Ewing, four great nieces Venice Scott, Romi Scott, Memphis Scott, and Azlynn Scott, and a great nephew Bridger Scott. 

He was preceded in death by his father Cecil Gish and a great niece Vaida Paige Scott. 

Per Steve’s request, his body will be cremated with no formal services or burial at this time. The Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
