Angela Ruth (Fry) Large

Angela R. Large, 67, of Cisne, passed away at 4:32am on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Cisne Healthcare and Rehab. 

Angela was born on November 17, 1956, in Fairfield, IL, to Leonard and Karen (Harris) Fry. On April 6, 1974, she married the love of her life, Kenneth Large. 

Angela worked as the Geff village collector for some time and then moved to the Wayne County Courthouse where she was the Deputy Treasurer until her retirement. 

Survivors include her husband Kenneth Large of Cisne, two sons Justin (Mae) Large of Chandler, AZ, and Zack (Stephanie) Large of Geff, two daughters Emma (Chalan) Love and Hannah (Buddy) Harrison both of Fairfield, five grandchildren Olivia Bunting, Brody Harrison, Charlie Harrison, Aiden Large, and Travis Large, along with several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother William Earl Fry. 

Funeral services for Angela Large will be at 12:00pm on Saturday, June 15th at the Fairfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church with burial to follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Geff. Visitation will be from 10am until the time of service at the church. Memorial donations can be made to the Cisne Healthcare and Rehab and will be collected during the service times or at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.
