Maddison Marie Borah, 26, of Fairfield passed away on Thursday July 23, 2026. She was born in Mt Vernon on February 7, 2000, to Robert Matthew Borah and Darla Shaw. Maddison had been employed at Kiddie College. She enjoyed painting, drawing, crafting, music, and working with kids and the elderly.

Maddison is survived by her mother, Darla (Jason) Simpson; siblings, Meagan Borah, Abby Simpson, and Jesse Simpson; grandparents, Leon Shaw, Michael, and Marjorie Simpson; several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

Maddison was preceded in death by her father, Robert Matthew Borah; grandparents, Darlene Hunsinger, Mickey, and Kaye Borah; Aunts, Patty Kincart, Michelle Borah; uncles, Mike Borah and Christopher Borah.

Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Thursday July 30, 2026, at Fairfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 11AM until the time of service at the church.
