Kenneth Lackey, 60 of Fairfield, passed away at 6:20 AM, Sunday, March 3, 2024, at Aperion Care Fairfield.  Born on November 23, 1963, in Kankakee, IL to Harley and Marjorie (Henson) Lackey, he enjoyed music, played the guitar, and loved the Chicago Cubs.

Kenneth is survived by 3 sons: Kenneth Lackey Jr. of Clay City, Nathaniel Lackey of Columbia, IL, and Wilson Lackey of St. Louis, MO., and a brother Jim (Sandy) Lackey of Bourbonnais, IL.  He was preceded in death by his wife Heather (Tondini) Lackey, parents, 4 brothers- Leon, Jackie, Gary, and Terry Lackey, and a sister Patricia Regnier.

Kenneth will be cremated, and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 9th at 11 AM at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home, with visitation from 10 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
