Harry E. Weccele, 59, of Evansville, IN, died at 2:00am on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. He had been a carpenter.

Harry was born on August 31, 1963, in Chicago, IL, to Elmer and Frances (Murphy) Weccele.

Survivors include two sons Branden (Carlene) Weccele of Fruitland, MO, and Devin Weccele of Boss, MO, two granddaughters October Weccele and Anabel Weccele, three brothers Joseph Weccele, Billy Weccele, and Elmer (Regina Downs) Weccele all of Carmi, two sisters Florence Weccele of Wayne City, and Patricia (Tom) Elwert of Justice, IL, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Karen, two brothers Art Weccele and Robert Weccele, and a sister Rita Weccele.

Per the family's request, Harry is being cremated with no formal services or burial at this time. Memorial donations are being accepted to help with cremation expenses and can be dropped off or mailed to the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home, 106 NE 4th St, Fairfield, IL 62837.
