Dennis McKitrick, 69 of Fairfield, passed away at 8:06 PM, Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.  Born on February 15, 1956, in Fairfield to James and Joyce (Shuffett) McKitrick, he was a retired truck driver from Murphy Trucking.  Dennis loved to hunt and fish and spend time with his grandchildren.

Dennis is survived by his daughter Denisha (Bryan) Hutto of Fairfield, son Jason (Nikki) McKitrick of Fairfield, 6 grandchildren- Korbyn McKitrick, Addison Siefert, Jayce Clark, Zachary Hutto, Kaden Hutto, Kamden Hutto and Alyssa Walker, mother Joyce McKitrick of Fairfield, brothers Kenneth (Debbie) McKitrick of Flora and Alan (Jolene) McKitrick of Fairfield, sister Tina (Bill) Murphree of Fairfield, and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father Jim McKitrick.

A visitation for Dennis McKitrick will be held at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home on Thursday, September 4th from 12-2 PM, with a graveside service to follow at Union Cemetery.
